Welcome to undressher.ai (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and our services (collectively, the “Service”), which allow users to upload images and generate AI-processed “undressed” versions of those images.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of undressher.ai. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Site and updating the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly permit use by minors. If we discover you are under 18, we will immediately terminate your account and delete your data.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as saving generated images or subscribing), you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain and update your account details.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Description of the Service

The Service enables you to upload photographs or images and use our AI technology to generate modified (“undressed”) versions of those images. All generated content is created on-demand and is intended for personal, private, adult entertainment use only. The Service is provided “as is” and may evolve over time.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload, submit, or generate content that depicts or appears to depict any person under the age of 18 (including minors, even if labeled as “adult” or fictional).
  • Upload images of real individuals without their explicit consent (especially non-consensual intimate images, revenge content, or deepfakes of private persons).
  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose, including harassment, defamation, or impersonation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with our AI models, servers, or security measures.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written permission.
  • Share, distribute, or publicly display generated images in a way that violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Circumvent any payment requirements or subscription limits.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, deletion of your content, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

6. User Content and Licenses

Your Content: You retain ownership of the images you upload and the AI-generated images we create for you. However, by uploading an image or using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

  • Host, store, process, reproduce, modify (via AI), and display your uploaded and generated images solely as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your content for improving our AI models and Service (without identifying you or the individuals in the images).

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences that arise from it. We do not endorse or claim ownership of your content.

Our Content: The Site, its design, AI technology, logos, and all underlying software are our exclusive property and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our technology.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are at our sole discretion and generally not provided except as required by law. You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The AI-generated images will be accurate, realistic, or error-free.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses.
  • Any generated content will meet your expectations.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended results. You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any content you upload or generate, nor for any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including violation of these Terms). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but Sections 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Deleting your account does not automatically delete generated images you previously saved; contact us if you wish for full deletion.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is incorporated (currently the United States), without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class-action participation.

12. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
